Manchester United's Dream Move for Bryan Mbeumo: Fabrizio Romano's Exciting Transfer Prediction

Renowned football transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano has shared his prediction about Manchester United's transfer pursuit of Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo. Man Utd have been reportedly chasing Mbeumu for weeks, but have faced competition from Tottenham Hotspur.

However, Romano believes that this is a move that Man Utd will secure as their second major acquisition of the summer. As he shared on his YouTube channel, Mbeumo views a move to Old Trafford as a "dream" development in his career.

Based on the evidence he has seen, Romano expects this transfer to come to fruition. "Manchester United maintain their optimism about reaching an agreement with Brentford," he said. "We know they have an agreement with the player."

Romano further revealed that Mbeumo has been open with Brentford about his desire to join Man Utd, stating that it's a move he sees as a dream. The Red Devils have reportedly made a bid in excess of £60m for Mbeumo, and negotiations are well underway, making Man Utd the clear favourites to sign him.

It is estimated that Man Utd will be Mbeumo's second signing of the summer, following Matheus Cunha. However, there is still work to be done, with reports suggesting that Brentford are holding out for a similar fee to the one that Wolves received for Cunha.

Furthermore, Romano reported on Tuesday that Man Utd made a new bid worth more than €70m for Mbeumo. It remains to be seen whether Brentford will accept this offer, but by Romano's estimation, Mbeumo will be a Man Utd player sooner rather than later.
