The motorsport mogul confirmed the sale of his Croatia-based yacht Petara - named after daughters Petra and Tamara - which saw minimal annual use. "We only used it eight days a year," explained his wife Fabiana. "We don't need such a big yacht for that." A smaller vessel docked in Ibiza has also been listed for sale.

"They've gone to a good home... They'll present them somewhere, into a museum so people can have a look at them for a change which has never happened before."

Despite stepping down as CEO in 2017 after Liberty Media's $8.4 billion acquisition of F1, Ecclestone remains deeply connected to the sport. "I still watch every race, even every practice session," he shared. The nonagenarian continues to reside in Switzerland with his family, maintaining his $3.1 billion fortune while streamlining his possessions.
