Ugandan musician Dax Vibez has announced a venue change for his debut concert after Hotel Africana unexpectedly canceled his booking without providing formal justification. The performance, initially set for August 29 at the Kampala hotel, will now take place at UMA Show Grounds on the same date.

During an appearance on NBS Television, Dax revealed that unnamed sources indicated the cancellation stemmed from the hotel's owning family asserting he "doesn't deserve" the space. "I received no official explanation, but leaked WhatsApp audios suggest this was a personal decision by the proprietors," the artist stated, expressing disappointment over the abrupt reversal.

Undeterred by the setback, Dax has transformed the situation into an opportunity by redesigning the event as an All White Party. Attendees are encouraged to wear white attire for the celebration, which promises an evening of live music and festivities.

Ticket pricing remains unaffected by the venue shift, with ordinary access at UGX 20,000 and VIP tickets costing UGX 50,000. The singer emphasized his commitment to delivering an impactful first solo concert, viewing the relocation as a chance to strengthen his burgeoning music career amid the unexpected challenge.
