Kampala Queens, a prominent team in the FUFA Women’s Super League, have officially announced the signing of Jolly Kobusinge, a versatile left back known for her dynamic play. The club made the announcement through their official social media platforms on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
“We are thrilled to introduce our newest addition, Jolly Kobusinge,” the club's statement read in part. According to Kampala Queens, Kobusinge has joined the team on a two-year contract during the current transfer window.
The former Tooro Queens defender has been a crucial player for Kawempe Muslim and is also a member of the national women's football team, the Crested Cranes. Kobusinge's arrival marks the sixth signing for Kampala Queens this transfer window, joining Tone Turist Lema, Meadin Sahilu, Joanitah Ainembabazi, Wujja Catherine, and Marion Amangat.
