In a poignant post, Antonio wrote, "Hello, mum. It's your baby boy. Your time in this world has come to an end. The last five years have been difficult. Seeing you confined to a bed, unable to walk, was hard, but nothing could prepare me for your departure. As much as it hurts to lose you, I find solace in knowing you are no longer in pain and are finally free."

The last few years have been particularly challenging for Antonio, who lost his father in March 2020 after a prolonged illness.
