He commenced his Qur’anic education at Madarasat Noor Kirayangoma and pursued his secondary education at Bilal Islamic Institute. Later, he furthered his studies in Saudi Arabia, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Da'wah from the Islamic University of Madinah in 1989.
