Ugandan music star Spice Diana has publicly declared her opposition to undergoing Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgeries, despite the procedure's growing popularity among female entertainers. Speaking at DJ Shiru's recent press event, the Source Management artist emphasized her contentment with her natural physique and an intense aversion to surgical pain.

"The pain involved in surgery and recovery terrifies me," Diana stated, revealing this fear extends to other body modifications. "I avoid even tattoos and piercings because I cannot tolerate physical pain."

While rejecting the procedure for herself, the singer clarified she holds no judgment toward colleagues who choose BBL enhancements. "Everyone must pursue what brings them happiness," Diana remarked. "It's a personal decision in a free world. I've faced body-shaming about my figure, but pain avoidance remains non-negotiable for me."

The artist referenced past criticism about her body shape but reiterated her stance stems purely from discomfort concerns rather than societal pressure. Her position echoes recent statements by fellow artist Sheebah Karungi, who also denied undergoing BBL while attributing her curves to motherhoo.
