Rwandan Genocide Fugitive Arrested in Ohio for Immigration Fraud
A Rwandan genocide fugitive, Vincent Nzigiyimfura, also known as Vincent Mfura, was apprehended in Dayton, Ohio, on charges of visa and naturalization fraud after allegedly concealing his involvement in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
