Ugandan football sensation Zainah Nandede has added another accolade to her impressive career by being appointed as the female football brand ambassador for Twinbrook Schools. This new role comes just weeks after she won a car at the FUFA MTN awards, solidifying her status as one of Uganda's most celebrated athletes.

Nandede, who has earned over 15 caps with the Uganda senior women's national team and boasts two national league titles, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity. "This is a special moment for me, and I am humbled," she said during her visit to the Kiteezi-Bamba-based school on July 4, 2025.

Arriving in her newly won car, Nandede engaged with school officials and students, clad in a stylish brown sweater, blue jeans, white sneakers, and a black cap. She emphasized her mission to inspire the next generation of female footballers. "I am here to inspire the young generation of female players and also continue to work hard in my professional football journey," she stated.

During her visit, Nandede shared valuable advice with the pupils, encouraging them to remain hardworking, disciplined, and passionate about their goals. "Love what you do and do it with passion. Be hardworking, focused, and disciplined," she advised.

Hajji Jafari Ssenganda, Director of Twinbrook Schools, warmly welcomed Nandede to the school community. "She is a big inspiration to many young players. She will also sacrifice some time to share her skills with the pupils and do some counseling as well," he remarked.

Twinbrook Schools, known for its diverse sports programs including football, netball, table tennis, and swimming, has a history of partnering with sports icons. Nandede now joins former Uganda Cranes captain Denis Masinde Onyango in an ambassadorial role at the institution.

As Nandede continues to shine both on and off the field, her appointment at Twinbrook Schools marks another milestone in her journey to uplift and empower young athletes across Uganda.
