Hayden Christensen Explains Why Attack Of The Clones’ Tusken Massacre Was So Important – & Yet So Difficult To Film

In a recent interview with Empire Magazine, Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader actor Hayden Christensen described the difficulty he faced when shooting the Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones infamous Tusken Raider massacre scene, one of the Star Wars prequel trilogy’s most important moments. Throughout the prequel trilogy, Anakin Skywalker’s fall to the dark side of the Force happens incrementally but is marked by significant moments. Arguably the most significant is the moment he attacks the Tusken Raider camp, killing the men, women, and children, as it is his first true cold-blooded murder in the trilogy.
