Written, directed by, and starring Parks and Recreation’s Aziz Ansari, Good Fortune will see the John Wick and The Matrix star appear as Ansari’s guardian angel whose plans to provide his mortal charge with an important life lesson go seriously awry. Two weeks after shooting had officially begun in January 2024, images of an injured Reeves on crutches went viral prompting an outpouring of concern, even causing the #GetWellSoonKeanu hashtag to begin trending.
