While audiences eagerly await word on Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse‘s release date, Miles Morales’ story will continue in a different format. The third installment in the animated webslinger franchise has endured some setbacks during its production and development, primarily due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike preventing the threequel’s ensemble cast from doing any recording. Following the lifting of the strike, reports indicated that the cast were finally getting to work, though Sony has yet to add the movie back to their release slate.
