Ugandan artist Aroma Music has publicly addressed her abrupt exit from Jeff Kiwa's prominent Team No Sleep (TNS) music collective, citing incompatible working rhythms and financial constraints as decisive factors.

In a candid revelation, the singer explained that TNS founder Jeff Kiwa operates at an exceptionally fast pace requiring artists to complete approximately four projects monthly. "The financial burden became overwhelming since Jeff wasn't funding my contributions," Aroma stated. "I simply couldn't sustain that level of self-funded output."

Notably, the musician emphasized there remains no animosity with Kiwa, confirming they've maintained positive relations since her departure. The label head reportedly still contacts her for select projects aligning with her artistic capabilities.

TNS boasts an impressive roster having developed major Ugandan talents including Sheebah Karungi, Grenade Official, and Pinky. Aroma's brief association with the hit-making factory highlighted contrasting approaches to artist development, ultimately leading to her decision to pursue independent pathways better suited to her resources.
