Why Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire Will Be "Scary" Explained By Director

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire director Gil Kenan explains why the upcoming movie has some genuinely “scary” moments. Serving as a sequel to 2021’s Ghostbusters: Afterlife, the upcoming film sees newcomers like Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, and Mckenna Grace team up with original Ghostbusters cast members like Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson to take down a new enemy in New York City. Trailers for the film have teased the arrival of the “death chill” phenomenon and a sinister new villain called Garraka, but they’ve also confirmed that there will be plenty of jokes.
