Ever since its release, the prequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has been a force to be reckoned with at the box office. Despite competing with several movies that had potential, such as Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and Ferrari, the film quickly rose to the top of the charts. Meanwhile, with the beginning of 2024 struggling to produce significant box office hits, the Timothée Chalamet-led film has remained on top.
